We are happy to announce the release of the Pancreatic Expression database. An initial set of the most relevant published pancreatic cancer papers was manually processed, data checked, annotated and results loaded into the database. We are ready to welcome and support pancreatic cancer scientists worldwide to deposit and share their data.

The access to the Pancreatic Expression Database is available through a web-based query interface and programmatically through web services.

The Pancreatic Expression Database is a DAS server providing a Pancreatic Expression DAS annotation available at Ensembl GeneView at www.ensembl.org.
